Three day health guarantee:
It is the new owner’s responsibility to take their new puppy to the vet of their choice within three days from date of purchase to ensure they have received a healthy puppy and validate this guarantee. If the vet finds (vet papers required) the puppy to have a life threatening fatal genetic or hereditary condition, the price of the puppy will be refunded.
This health guarantee does not cover puppies that go down with hypoglycemia (fluctuations in sugar levels which can occur in small breed puppies), coccidia, giardia or any condition that can be corrected by surgery or treated with medication. Within the first three months should the puppy be diagnosed (vet papers required) with a fatal hereditary condition (such as enlarged internal organs) the puppy will be replaced as soon as possible. Should the puppy die, an autopsy at the owners’ expense is required and the findings must be submitted in writing before a replacement puppy will be provided.
Your puppy has been vaccinated and treated for worms and parasites. Even though the puppy has been treated we can not guarantee the puppy to be free of worm or parasites.
The new owners take full responsibility for their new puppy from the moment of purchase.
